The COVID-19 pandemic has been going on for two years, and we don't know when it will end. What we know, the vaccination program has given us a lot of hope to be able to get out of this very complex problem. We hope that herd immunity has been formed so that we can return to enjoying face-to-face lectures and other activities at this beloved campus.

My Children,

We have carried out one of the 2021 FEB Agendas, namely the Preparation and Sharpening of the 2022 FEB Work Program, which was originally to be held on 14-17 February 2022, but due to the high COVID-19 pandemic, we postponed it to 7-10 March 2022, with consideration, the estimation of the COVID-19 pandemic has been sloping and the prokes regulations are looser.

The choice of this date is also the most feasible option, taking into account the time gap with the month of Ramadan, so that if the schedule is postponed again, the most likely option is after Eid al-Fitr, and this means obscuring the meaning of the main theme, namely the preparation and sharpening of the 2022 Work Program.

The main theme is also combined with other themes, namely outbound and at the same time the FEB Structural Large Family excursion, with the aim of reinforcing engagement and commitment to providing excellent service to students.

We also invite colleagues in the administration and implementation fields, as an appreciation for the hard work and provision of academic and administrative services so far, especially since the covid-19 pandemic hit us. When lectures are conducted online, our colleagues are still on duty on campus.

My Children,

Our agenda, in fact, is an annual agenda, but we have not been able to hold it for 2 years due to the covid-19 pandemic since March 2020. The holding of this work meeting shows that all work units within FEB are able to prepare work plans and programs with the main target being to provide services. academics and administration to students better.

However, the achievements of FEB so far should not make us complacent, so that constructive collaboration is still needed between the Structural, Lecturers, Students and Administrative Staff of FEB.

Our next task is how to execute the plan and work program, accompanied by monitoring and evaluation efforts, so that we are able to assess the level of achievement of the work plan, as part of the milestones of the 2020-2025 FEB strategic plan.

To my proud children,

On behalf of all Lecturers, Structural and Supporting Staff in the FEB environment, I invite all students to keep the spirit of pursuing their goals through timely completion of studies with proud results, able to increase the power of innovation and creativity, able to avoid destructive environments, illegal drugs, able to maintain the good name of the Alma mater while maintaining idealism and constructive critical thinking.

In particular, I give my appreciation and appreciation to Student Institutions, both BEM, BLM, and HMM, HMA, and of course your new sister, the Digital Business Student Association (HMBD), for all programs and activities that are constructive, innovative, creative, without losing critical power as the Young Generation who dare to face an increasingly competitive future.
