BNSP Human Capital Staff Certification Activities

FEB, UNPAK — The event, which was attended by 30 participants, started on Friday 19 October 2019 with a briefing of materials referring to SKKNI (Indonesian National Work Competency Standards) Number 307 of 2014 in the field of Human Resource Management.

Materials that focus on 4 units of competition which include:

1. Carry out Worker Administration Management
2. Calculating Overtime Wages
3. Carry out Recruitment
4. Doing Wage Administration

The debriefing was filled by Bpk. David Muflihano, which started from 09.00 to 19.30, was attended by very enthusiastic participants. In addition to the material, participants were also explained about the application of competencies needed in the workplace as a provision for preparation for doing work in the field of Human Capital Staff.

On Saturday, October 19, 2019, the Human Capital Staff Scheme Competency Test was held, starting with a written exam which was conducted for 2 hours and continued with the assessment process of the competency test requirements.

The Competency Test is carried out by an assessor assigned from BNSP through LSP MSDM Universal for one full day to ensure that all participants are "COMPETEN" against the Human Capital Staff scheme. After the competency test is carried out, the assessor announces the results that all participants in the competency test for the Human Capital Staff scheme are “COMPETENCY”. Congratulations to all competent participants, hopefully the competency certification provisions can be used as a requirement to enter the world of work.
