FEB Activities Conduct Book Review of Corruption Risk Management

FEB Gelar Bedah Buku Manajemen Risiko Korupsi

FEB, UNPAK  — The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Pakuan University (Unpak) held a "Corruption Risk Management Book Review" in the Main Hall of FEB, Unpak, 4th floor Saturday, January 21, 2023.

Also attending and giving a speech, the Chancellor of Pakuan University, Prof. Dr. rer. pol. Ir. Didik Notosudjono, M.Sc.

He thanked the attendees in this book review activity. The Chancellor gave his appreciation and congratulations to the writers who are also presenters for successfully publishing a book entitled "Financial Risk Management".

Then, in line with the chancellor, the Dean of FEB Unpak, Dr. Hendro Sasongko thanked the audience at the book review event.

According to Dr. Hendro, the book review activity has various benefits that can be received by the attendees who participate in the activity.

"Of course we can get benefits and learning as well as points of view from what the author wrote, besides that we can learn what weaknesses can be improved from the book presented by the author," said Dr. Hendro in his speech.

On that occasion, a number of sources explained material related to the review of the book, including: Main Secretary of the BPKP, Dr. Ernadhi Sudarmanto's theme is "Gathering the Scattered Expanding the Ripple Effect".

Dr. Ernadhi explained that uniting scattered things and imagining a process with a strong meaning. It is hoped that the books that have been compiled will have influence and utilization for the readers.

Then, the second resource person, Head of Pusdikiatwas BPKP, Dr. Arief TH presented material entitled "Development of a Corruption Prevention Strategy and a Corruption Risk Management Framework".

According to him, the material for eradicating corruption, must carry out anti-corruption management, on the one hand in the Government there are institutions according to their respective fields.

From these institutions create and implement strategies. Furthermore, there are 7 characteristics of corruption in Indonesia, namely systematic, structured, systematic, networked, decentralized, being a way of preventing problems and experiencing normalization.

Not only that, there was a third resource person, Investigation Committee Deputy for Investigation of the BPKB, Dr. Juang idea.

He said that Manris was integrated with anti-corruption programs. Thus, to carry out anti-corruption procedures do not cost a lot.

The activity was closed by the presentation of the fourth speaker, namely the Chief Commissioner of PT. PLN (Persero), Amien Sunaryadi.

On this occasion, he conveyed the conclusions of corruption risk management containing thoughts on risk management associated with corruption from a comprehensive perspective.
